Golfing in Heaven

Yesterday, I concluded a glorious vacation by playing the famed Plantation course at Kapalua: Home of the Mercedes Benz Championship for the PGA Tour. How is this course? It's simply beautiful. It's like a beautiful girl walking into a room and you can't keep your eyes off of her. That's what the Plantation course is: Just pure beauty and a pure joy to play. Does it get any better? I just don't know. Walking through the locker room to go shower, there were lockers of all the PGA Tour players who had won in 2006.

The craziest thing about golfing at Kapalua is that all the putts roll to the ocean. Even if the slope goes uphill left, if the ocean is to the left, it'll roll uphill. I am not kidding you. That's how powerful the Bermuda grass grain is growing towards the ocean and sunset. So my best advice to you is don't trust your eyes, trust the ocean.
