Finally. For the last week, I was constantly with someone, whether it was for work or leisure. The days were fast and furious with little sleep but I wouldn't have it any other way. Though the year is young, it'll be hard to top this week from its sheer intensity and the number of people that I interacted with: old friends and inspirational peeps filled the week. Quite frankly, this makes me happy. It's been a long time since I've been really happy. The pacing is a bit overwhelming but so far it's pretty awesome, especially when I use last January as a gauge when I was an emotional wreck.
I decided to sleep in after the redeye and skip work because I'm physically exhausted from running with the bulls this week. Looks like today is the only restful day for the soul because the weekend is filled starting with dinner tonight and then right back to work on Monday.
