Tonight I didn't stay too late at work because I had to pay up. It wasn't a bet but advice that yielded great profit and I gladly paid for dinner with Helsinki because she also profited from this idea. We dined with Darko and JoJo at Andrew Carmellini's A Voce. I think we agreed to give the restaurant a 7 (on a scale of 10), even with the corny waiter who tried so hard to speak with an (very bad) Italian accent. Helsinki and JoJo never fail to entertain and the conversation is never boring with this dynamic duo.
For the second time in a month, another NBA player dined a few tables away who also happened to be another #1 draft pick (the other being Ewing). Mr. Emeka Okafor of the Charlotte Bobcats was chowing down on his meal with his lovely ladies at A Voce. Apparently he's in town to play the NJ Nets tomorrow night.
Yo Darko, I need another idea because I'm short on ideas and long on drama.
