I was taking the Amtrak from Philly to NYC and I bought New York Magazine at 30th Street Station. In this particular edition, it featured New York Magazine's annual Best Cheap Eats of 2006. Li Hua (Korean Restaurant) was ranked #46, a restaurant I had never heard of but the reviewer wrote that Li Hua is "an unassumingly serene (and seemingly overlooked) oasis on the edge of Chinatown". I've never been but the happy hour seems appealing: Thu-Fri, 5pm-7pm; sake and beer are buy one get one free.
