In celebration of Hummer's birthday, we've anointed him as "H31". Dr. Atkins would be proud of my diet as I had short ribs for lunch yesterday, prime rib last night and Kobe steak tonight at BLT Prime. Tomorrow I'm going to Strip House to assure I maintain a total cholesterol level above 300 mg/dl. I'm a carnivore at heart so I was looking forward to this meal all week. I will give BLT Prime 2.5 stars out of four. None of our steaks were that great and the sides were okay. The blue cheese tater tots was unique, the mushroom caps were super salty and the rest of the sides were mediocre at best. I had heard such great things about BLT Prime, but it's not ready for primetime. The best part of the meal was the company of course and to make sure Hummer gets his full due for his birthday, we'll take him out this weekend.
