I had a facial this past Monday at the Great Jones Spa and I'm glad I did. I write this while I watch Brett Favre's Wrangler commercial; men should be running around playing football in their jeans on a farm. Well, real men can also have facials. It's been a stressful time at work and as I get older, I recognize that I need to take care of myself better. I rather not think about what I looks like when getting a facial. All I know is that there were nice smells during the process as the facialist applied various substances to my face.

you've reminded me. i need a good massage. i'm glad you can be proud of getting facials. it's good for the skin. but it hurts like hell when they pop those white/black heads!
