I finished the 31st annual JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge in Central Park. I was among the 15,000 runners that came together to run 3.5 miles through Central Park on a beautiful Wednesday evening. It raises money for a lot of great causes. I was worried about finishing actually because I stopped working out weeks ago, and when I ran last week to prep, I almost died. I'm proud that I finished without stopping. I can't say that my time was fast, but all I cared about was finishing without walking or stopping. It's easier to run and finish when thousands of people are running in the same direction as you. There's a lot of energy and excitement so that pumps up the adrenalin. I barely finished the Revlon run last month, and that was 3.1 miles, so I was obviously worried about the additional .4 miles. I'm officially done with running these races. I've hit my max for the year. Back to weight lifting.
