For all the working out I do, it's defeated by my diet this week. Last night was Il Mulino, and tonight was Strip House. I luv Del Frisco's, but Strip House is one of those old steak houses you can't resist on a night like this, when it's snowing. I went out for some Rib Eye with coworkers. It would make a carnivore proud. We just ordered half the menu and went crazy with the wine. Well, at least tonight was all filled with protein, unlike last night's all carb meal.
