Need to workout

Saturday is usually the first day of my workout week. Due to travels this weekend, the only things I've lifted are food to my mouth and a golf club. I'm feeling a bit anxious because I've lost my pacing, and though 2 missed days is nothing to cry over, I feel like atrophy is occurring. Ok, that's an exaggeration but I'm glad that I'm still obsessed with working out.
