At my delicate age of somewhere in the 30s, I've come realize my mortality. I've been working out like a madman almost every day, trying to adhere to the Brad Pitt Fight Club workout. Btw, my female coworker now refers to me as Brad. I'm eating much better, and not because of New Year's resolutions. I've cut out alcohol dramatically and now I read this today on MSNBC.com, that a "Daily drink may help men's high blood pressure." In a study of 11,000 men, "a drink or two every day may reduce their chances of a heart attack." I think this is doable. Back to the bottle -- in moderation of course.
